ABOUT
MABELE YA BOZUI

Our Identity

Mabele Ya Bozui is a non-profit organization based in Brussels-Capital that is dedicated to strengthening the leadership and economic independence of African women entrepreneurs in Belgium and Africa.

The organization was founded on a clear observation: women from the African diaspora possess considerable expertise, cultural resources, and innovative capacity, yet face structural barriers that limit their access to funding, professional development, visibility, and strategic networks.

Mabele Ya Bozui was founded to address these challenges by building a cohesive, ethical, and sustainable ecosystem specifically focused on the natural cosmetics, perfumery, sustainable agriculture, food processing, and wellness sectors.

Our Vision

We believe in African women entrepreneurs who can combine excellence, sustainability, and cultural roots.

Our vision is of a Euro-African ecosystem where women entrepreneurs from the diaspora can:

  • organize their activities,

  • access local and international markets,

  • promote African raw materials,

  • develop responsible and innovative products,

  • actively contribute to economic and social development.

We aim to build strong bridges between Brussels and Africa, fostering the exchange of expertise, skills, and opportunities.

Our mission

Mabele Ya Bozui’s mission is to promote the economic and social empowerment of African women entrepreneurs, particularly in the following sectors:

  • natural cosmetics and perfumery,

  • food products from sustainable agriculture,

  • well-being and natural products,

  • to the processing of African organic raw materials.

To achieve this goal, the organization is developing initiatives based on:

  • strategic and technical training,

  • entrepreneurial support,

  • professional networking,

  • the professionalization of activities,

  • promoting and raising the profile of women entrepreneurs.

Our Approach: Slow Cosmetics & Sustainable Living

Mabele Ya Bozui’s core values are rooted in a responsible and sustainable approach.

We advocate a "Slow Cosmetics" approach based on:

  • the use of responsibly grown organic ingredients,

  • the development of Africa's natural resources,

  • respect for the environment,

  • the circular economy and reducing the ecological footprint.

We promote an entrepreneurial model that integrates agricultural production, artisanal processing, and responsible marketing into a coherent and sustainable framework.

Our approach to well-being and beauty is rooted in a holistic vision of health, ethics, and environmental responsibility.

“Mabele Ya Bozui is working toward a future where African women are leaders in sustainable innovation, transforming natural resources into economic opportunities while inspiring global change toward responsible and ethical beauty.”
